"mean" 做动词有“意思”的含义 但需要借助助动词来完成疑问 当你对别人说的话不理解的时候可以用这句表达：

美剧里常用：It's nothing to be ashamed of.来表达没什么不好意思的。

be ashamed of sth./sb.

对…感到不好意思， 对…感到羞愧，对…感到难为情

be ashamed to do sth.

“不好意思做某事”，表示因惭愧而不愿做。

Everyone cries sometimes, it's nothing to be ashamed of.

每个人都会有哭的时候，没什么好难为情的。

“你明白我的意思了吗"怎么说？

当你想确认你陈述的观点别人是否听明白的时候 你就可以用“You see what I mean?"表示“你明白我的意思吗？”。

完整的表达是“Do you see what I mean?因为是日常口语，所以省略了助动词do。

这是一个很口语化的表达 常见的类似表达还有：
