“It (Altay) can really let you see the wilderness, walk towards the forest, see the mountains, smell the local flowers, it can let you get away from the daily trivialities and pressures of city life, and I think it's a great spiritual liberation for us, especially for those who have been living in the city for a long time.” he said.
他说：“它（阿勒泰）确实可以让你见到旷野，走向森林，看到高山，闻到花香的地方，可以让你远离城市的日常的琐碎和压力，我觉得对于我们来说，尤其是长期生活在城市里的人说，它是一次巨大的精神解放。”

For me, Altay is a place like landing at the Xuedu airport, I was greeted by the "not-so-hot" morning sun, pure blue sky, and soft weightless clouds.
对我而言，阿勒泰是这样的——落地雪都机场，迎接我的是清晨还不算灼热的阳光、纯净湛蓝的天空、柔软失重的云朵。
As far as I could see, there were still a few smudges of melting snow remaining on the snowy mountains in the distance, and the rough and warm wind was pouring into my ears in great gusts; I couldn't hear the voices of the people around me, but my heart was laughing and looking forward to it.
一眼望去，远处的雪山上还残存着几抹融雪，粗狂热烈的风大口大口灌进我的耳朵里，我听不清周围人的声音，但心里欢笑着、期盼着。

On the vast grasslands and cliffs of Altay hide some secrets preserved since thousands of years ago: the Rock Arts, among which the Xandighati Rock Paintings in Altay, the Tangbaletas Rock Paintings in Fuyun County, the Sandaohaizi Deer Stones Rock Paintings in Qinghe County, etc. are quite outstanding.
在阿勒泰的辽阔草原上、山崖间隐藏着千万年前的秘密——岩画艺术，著名的有阿勒泰市汗德尕特岩画、富蕴县的唐巴勒塔斯岩画、青河县的三道海子鹿石岩画等。

The Dancing Goat
会跳舞的“小山羊 ”
The little DancingGoat(or, to be more precise, Blue Sheep Puppet), a very unique form of art, made its appearance in the movie The Little Horsewhip and the series To the Wonder, attracting lots of attention and bringing the audience great surprise and joy.
会跳舞的“小山羊”（更准确地说是“木偶岩羊”）作为一种独特的艺术形式，在电影《小马鞭》和短剧《我的阿勒泰》中的展现，吸引了众多关注，为观众带来了极大的惊喜和愉悦。
Orteke, in other words the Blue Sheep Puppet, is a form of art in which the performers connect their fingers that play the dombira with the puppet, which moves its limbs flexibly to the accompaniment of the melody and rhythm, doing different kinds of poses as if it were really dancing with the music.
沃尔铁克，即木偶岩羊，表演者通过一条精细的线绳与弹奏冬布拉的手指紧密相连，随着冬布拉曲调节拍的起伏变换，木偶岩羊能够灵活地舞动四肢，做出各种形象的动作，仿佛真的在随着音乐翩翩起舞。

你知道一万多年前的滑雪板长什么样子吗？在阿勒泰市拉斯特乡的“马皮滑雪板制作技艺”传习基地会告诉你答案。
Choose a nice piece of birch or pine wood, shape it into a snowboard, bend the front end, and cover the underside with horse foreleg hair. Also, carve a staff taller than a person, and you've created a pair of fur-skin snowboard.
选一段上好的桦木或松木，削成滑雪板的形状，前段压弯，底部包裹上马前腿的毛皮，再削出一根一人多高的木杖，一副毛皮滑雪板就制成了。
The secret to the enduring popularity of fur-skin snowboards lies in their ability to switch the direction of the fur at the bottom, which allows for the dual functions of stable ascent and rapid descent. When ascending, the fur is arranged in reverse to increase friction with the ice, providing the skier with a steady climbing ability. Conversely, when descending, the fur is aligned to reduce resistance, accelerating the skier's speed and offering an extreme experience of speed and passion.
