从书法的创作角度上来看，笔墨功底和文人修养这两类基础是谓缺一不可，并且书法家自身的思想和情感越是丰富，其所在作品中表现出的书风气象也就会愈加透彻!正如常言所道，书如其人也。而今日黎书成先生的书法造诣便也就是有深植于此德艺双馨的创作正道!对黎书成先生而言，书法的创作必然是要裹挟者其自身的情感寄托，唯有如此，方才能使笔墨达到一种寄妙理于豪放之内的表现境地!线条章法，皆为所动，功底扎实，从心所欲!名家书法和常人书法的不同之处，就是在于其间的匠俗意味，常人书家以技为高，而名家作品则多是尚意为本。今黎书成先生之所以能在当下书坛内树立翰墨高品，很大原因也就是在于他那逸笔而为的尚意之风!其书作于行体，既有胎息二王之根基，又有汲取米芾之真意，如此书之众幅，皆是可见一股不激不厉但又流畅洒脱的盎然之美!而这种书风表现，显然也就是有别于当下众多只会生硬搬照的匠俗之作，是有可赏可会之处，更有可品可鉴之感，大家书风，一目了然!
行书作品以古典诗词为题，如此书写间自是有其豪迈性情为动力，用笔慷锵有力，恰是力透纸背，笔墨张弛中更是极具节奏质感，诗文情绪高涨时，笔墨则为之激情扬溢，诗文抒情高雅时，笔墨则亦是为之流畅凝练，臂如在黎书成先生的一幅《望庐山瀑布》书法作品中，行书用笔即是圆转自如，墨迹行至忽重忽轻，以至所到之处别具一格，浓时好似屋漏痕，淡时好似锥画沙，字字笔线，由此皆是能在一点之内殊衄挫于豪芒，一画之间变起伏于锋杪!撼人心神，荡气回肠!
