如洁，原名: 王跃进，号: 草境庐主人。1957 年生,西安市人，祖籍河南自幼喜欢书画，数年来潜心绘事，苦心研习花鸟画，以“ 月季花 ”为创作主题而见长。现任西安市文史研究馆研究员，国家一级美术师。

2017 年 3 月 24 日巴基斯坦伊斯兰共和国建国 78 周年外交部向巴驻华大使马苏德哈立德赠送中国当代著名花鸟画家如洁先生国画《醉春苑》月季作品。参加庆祝活动的还有联合国前副秘书长沙祖康大使、中国交通运输部部长李小鹏、中央军委办公厅领导等。

2017 年4 月 18 日在北京举行第十二届中法文化之春新闻发布会、外交部向法国驻华大使顾山赠送中国著名“月季 ”画家如洁先生国画作品《和露凝香》。

2017 年 7 月 28 日秘鲁共和国独立 196 周年庆祝活动、我外交部向秘鲁驻华大使胡安 ·卡洛斯 ·卡普纳伊赠送中国当代著名画家如洁先生国画《花开四时天姿秀》月季作品。参加活动的有中联部、国防大学等有关部门领导。

2017 年 9 月 21 日在曲江国际会展中心举行第十七届欧亚经济论坛《一带一路》二〇一七年九月二十一日在西安曲江国际会展中心举

行。会议期间特邀嘉宾文化艺术大师如洁先生依序向抗日名将《张自忠》将军之女美藉华人领袖张素久女士赠送月季花《别有姿色春意浓》作品。

Rujie, formerly known as Wang Yuejin, with the pseudonym Caojinglu Master. Born in 1957 in Xi'an, with ancestral roots in Henan, he has been fond of painting and calligraphy since childhood. Over the years, he has devoted himself to painting and diligently studied flower and bird painting, and is known for his creative theme of "rose flowers". Currently a researcher at the Xi'an Cultural and Historical Research Institute and a national first-class artist.

On July 28, 2017, during the celebration of the 196th anniversary of the independence of the Republic of Peru, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China presented the Chinese contemporary famous painter Mr. Rujie's traditional Chinese painting "The Four Seasons of Flower Blossoming and the Beautiful Sky" to the Peruvian Ambassador to China, Juan Carlos Capunay.
